This is a 2.5 hour workshop that draws on the content from each module. It provides you with the framework, tools, and confidence to design and run your own workshops on psychological safety theory, measurement, and practice. We draw on and share our own experience running workshops and training sessions across industries and cultures all over the world – successes, mistakes, good practice, as well as pedagogical theory and classroom practice. As a previous attendee pointed out that they enjoyed, this session lets you see “behind the curtain” of how to design and deliver psychological safety training.
Delivered online via Zoom, we will use Miro to collaborate and learn together.
Attendance at all five other workshops including Intermediate, Advanced, Measurement, Leadership and Practices is a prerequisite.
We cover the following in this session:
All attendees will receive a Credly Badge, a certificate of completion to confirm attendance, further reading, materials and resources used in the session, a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack and a licence to use it in your organisation, access to a private alumni group, and some swag!
If you need to cancel or postpone, simply do so 24 hours before the session for a full refund / postponement to a following session.
We offer one scholarship place entirely free of charge to each workshop. The scholarship is intended for those for whom any payment at all is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries and from disadvantaged or under-represented groups. Contact us if you’re interested.
Completion of this workshop plus the workshops on Fundamentals, Practices, Leadership, Advanced, and Measurement constitutes the “Train The Trainer” complete programme.
