This workshop focuses on the measurement of psychological safety, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methods, and drawing on sociological research methodologies. We address measurement from a practitioner perspective whilst acknowledging the academic perspective also. It’s interactive, engaging, and hands-on. This is a 2.5 hour session that assumes a foundational understanding of psychological safety.
It’s designed to be applicable to measuring psychological safety in any industry, from technology to healthcare, local government to education.
We cover the following aspects of measuring psychological safety:
All attendees will receive a Credly Badge, a certificate of completion to confirm attendance, further reading, materials and resources used in the session, a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack and a licence to use it in your organisation, access to a private alumni group, and some swag!
If you need to cancel or postpone, simply do so 24 hours before the session for a full refund / postponement to a following session.
We offer one scholarship place entirely free of charge to each workshop. The scholarship is intended for those for whom any payment at all is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries and from disadvantaged or under-represented groups. Contact us if you’re interested.
